Grantown Grammar School would like to thank the Berry Burn Community fund for a very generous grant. The money has had an immediate impact in raising the quality of the outdoor learning experience for our pupils. It has ensured that through Canoeing we can continue to deliver a Sector leading programme well into the future. The pictures say it all!

Findhorn Nairn and Lossie Fisheries Trust
Funding from the BBCF contributed to a larger Scottish Landfill Communities Funded project to continue controlling invasive non-native plants along the banks of the Rivers Findhorn and Lossie. Over 30km of riverbank were treated by specially trained contractors and staff, enabling native vegetation to regenerate, increasing the biodiversity of the riverbanks and removing Giant hogweed which is toxic to humans.
Logie Primary Parent Council
Logie Primary School would like to thank Berry Burn for their extremely generous contribution. Our bid has enabled us to put in some fantastic new high quality wooden playground equipment. As a school with a strong outdoor ethos it is a great asset to our environment, and it has proved incredibly popular with the children.
